Global BBA

The Global BBA from Starex University and EAI is a 3-year, full-time, on-campus undergraduate dual-degree programme designed to build strong business foundations while preparing learners for global careers, entrepreneurship, or advanced studies. The programme follows a structured semester-wise progression that blends academic learning with continuous real-world exposure.

Developed for learners transitioning into management education after high school, the programme begins with a 3-day orientation phase that introduces the world of the Global BBA. It introduces learners to the course ecosystem, learning mindset, self-awareness, and readiness for the Global BBA experience. This phase supports a smooth transition into professional education by building clarity, confidence, and purpose from the outset.  As learners progress, the focus gradually shifts towards applied learning, specialisation depth, global exposure, leadership development, and career readiness.

A defining feature of the Global BBA is Feet on Street (FOS)—a semester-wise industry immersion model integrated across all six semesters. Through FOS, learners get early and continuous exposure to actual business environments, including

As the course progresses, learners will choose from five major specialisations—Marketing, Finance, HR, Data Science & AI, and Sustainability Management—supported by minor specialisations in Psychology, Law, Design, or Journalism. This structure enables both depth in a chosen domain and breadth through interdisciplinary learning.

Another major feature of the Global BBA is international certifications from Birchwood University, including Digital Marketing Fundamentals, Conflict Management and Resolution, Agile, and Operations Management. Along with capstone projects, experiential leadership, and structured career planning, these elements support a confident transition into global careers or higher education.
