Refund Policy

Refund Policyline

Euro American Education has established the following policies to help students understand the process of adding, dropping, or canceling enrollment in a programme. These guidelines outline the steps required to make any official changes to your enrollment including cancellations, and the refund timeline.

Information Collection and Use:

  • Full RefundIf the cancellation occurs within three business days of signing the Enrollment Agreement, but before the first day of class, then the student will receive a full refund of the tuition fees (minus the registration fee).
  • 50% RefundIf the student has completed less than 25% of the credit hours and canceled within 182 days of receiving system access, then the student will receive a refund of 50% of the tuition fee, minus the applicable administrative fees.
  • 25% RefundIf the student has completed between 25% and 50% of the credit hours, or if he/she cancels between 182 and 365 days after receiving system access, in such a scenario he/she will receive 25% of the tuition fee paid, minus the applicable administrative fees.
  • No RefundNo refund will be provided if the student has completed more than 50% of the credit hours, or if he/she cancels after 365 days of system access.

Refund Process

Students may cancel their enrollment by notifying us through the following channels:

  • By electronic mail
  • In person to an authorized representative
  • Official Letter (Hard Copy)
  • By Certified Mail

The last date of the actual attendance will be the termination date for refund calculation purposes.

Additional Notes

Students may cancel their enrollment by notifying us through the following channels:

  • Refunds will be issued within 30 days after official termination or post receiving a written cancellation notice.
  • Simply not attending classes does not release the student of financial obligations. To qualify for any refund, the student must follow the procedure stated on the official website of the institution.
  • In case the institution cancels a course or program for any reason, students will have the option to enroll in an alternative course. Else he/she can opt for a full refund of the tuition fee paid for that specific course.

Termination

Euro American Education reserves the right to terminate the Enrolment Agreement due to violation of the agreement terms or non payment of the tuition fee. No refund will be offered in such a scenario.

Late Payment Penalties

If there is an outstanding balance on the student account, a 0.05% interest will be charged for each day of late payment. The access to the Student Information System and certain services may be temporarily limited.

Please be informed that we do not participate in Title IV or other state/federal financial aid programs. Students are therefore advised to take responsibility for paying all the tuition and applicable fee in accordance with the institution policies.

This refund policy came into effect on February 1, 2026 and it supersedes any previous versions.
