15 Months Dual Degree Programme


BA 510 – Business Economics (3 Credits)
Learn how economic principles affect business decisions. Understand micro and macroeconomics, market structures, pricing, resource use, and government policies. Use case studies to apply concepts to real-world business scenarios.
No prerequisites.
BA 542 – Business Management Seminar (3 Credits)
A capstone course that brings together all areas of business. Focus on strategic thinking, corporate governance, and social responsibility. Use case studies to connect knowledge from finance, HR, accounting, and more.
Prerequisite: 18 credits of MBA courses, including one management course.
BA 544 – Human Resource Management (3 Credits)
Explore HR practices in international businesses. Learn about staffing, training, pay, performance, and employee relations in a global setting.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
BA 560 – International Business Law (3 Credits)
Understand laws affecting global business. Topics include contracts, trade finance, international agreements, and the role of government. Ethics and responsibility are also discussed.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
BA 541 – International Corporate Finance (3 Credits)
Study how international firms manage money. Topics include investment decisions, risk, financing strategies, and global financial markets.
No prerequisites.
BA 522 – International Marketing (3 Credits)
Learn how to create marketing strategies for global markets. Focus on the 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion) across borders. Discuss legal, cultural, and ethical considerations.

BA 512 – Managerial Accounting (3 Credits)
Use accounting data for business planning and decision-making. Learn budgeting, cost analysis, and performance evaluation.
Prerequisite: Two undergraduate accounting courses or BA 513.
BA 515 – Managerial Finance (3 Credits)
Explore financial decision-making in businesses. Learn about time value of money, risk, stock and bond valuation, and strategies to maximize company value.

BA 570 – Management Communication (3 Credits)
Improve communication skills for global business. Focus on writing clear, professional business messages and handling real-life business situations.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
IT 500 – Management of Information Systems (3 Credits)
Understand how information systems support business goals. Topics include software, hardware, data management, and ethical concerns. Learn how to use technology for better decisions.

BA 523 – Marketing Management (3 Credits)
Build marketing strategies for international companies. Study the marketing mix, market entry, and decision-making tools. Includes real-world case studies.
Prerequisite: One course in marketing and management.
BA 589 – Research Methods and Analysis (3 Credits)
Learn how to conduct business research. Focus on collecting, analysing, and presenting data to help managers make decisions.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
BA 529 – Multinational Business Management (3 Credits)

BA 537 – Production and Operations Management (3 Credits)
Learn how to manage production processes. Topics include demand forecasting, inventory control, lean systems, and manufacturing technology.
Prerequisite: One management course or BA 529.
BA 599 – Business Thesis (3 Credits)
Work on an original research project under faculty guidance. Write and submit a final thesis.
Prerequisite: Faculty approval is required.

Eligibility
Students must meet the following requirements to apply for this programme:
- Provide official transcripts of undergraduate degrees from a recognised institution.
- International applicants must submit evaluated transcripts via AACRAO, AICE or NACES (cost borne by applicant).
- Submit a valid ID/passport (for visa students) and a signed enrolment agreement.
Proof of English Proficiency:
- Non-native English speakers must submit scores from TOEFL (89+), IELTS (6.0+ or 6.5 for MBA), Duolingo (105+) or equivalent.
- Completion of Level 6 from Tampa Language Centre is also accepted.
