Module 1: Developing an Omnichannel Marketing Strategy (113 hours)
In this module, students will develop skills to determine and formalise a comprehensive marketing strategy. It covers analysing and addressing data acquisition needs, managing and optimising acquisition systems and utilising data for strategic decision-making. Students will also conduct internal and external market diagnostics to strengthen business positioning and competitiveness.
Module 2: Designing and Planning the Omnichannel Marketing Strategy (102 hours)
Students will focus on establishing and structuring an effective omnichannel marketing plan. They will learn to define and formalise a compelling product or service offering, design innovative marketing solutions that enhance brand image and customer experience and develop a strong value proposition to differentiate in a competitive market.
Module 3: Managing and Implementing Omnichannel Marketing Actions (160 hours)
This module prepares students with skills to evaluate an organisation's digital media presence and develop a structured brand content strategy. It covers the implementation and supervision of visibility campaigns, social media initiatives and customer experience optimisation. Additionally, students will learn to monitor the effectiveness of marketing actions, ensuring operational efficiency and measurable impact.
Module 4: Evaluating and Optimising the Marketing Strategy (89 hours)
Students will learn about assessing and enhancing marketing performance through data-driven analysis. They will learn to produce and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and evaluate the impact of various initiatives.
