Year 1


In their first year, students will gain a strategic and creative foundation in luxury management through a mix of academic theory, business simulation, design challenges, and career development.
Semester 1:
The first semester introduces students to the fundamentals of strategy & innovation, equipping them with the tools to think critically and plan effectively. They explore essential tools in project management and engage in immersive business simulation exercises to understand real-time decision-making across functions. Courses in Selling Luxury and Current Issues for Luxury offer insights into market dynamics and consumer behaviour. Students participate in the #ATM1 Challenge: CreaCthon Product Design, a hands-on project focused on creative product development. The semester also supports career planning through Explore Your Career Options, enhances communication with English for Business Functions, and offers French as a Foreign Language as an optional course.
Semester 2:
The second semester focuses on future-forward thinking, starting with innovation, agility & design thinking and sustainable development and CSR in the digital age. Students deepen their technical skills through digital transformation & data security and big data and business analytics, preparing them for data-driven leadership roles. The Fashion Business module explores the workings of a fast-paced luxury sector, while the #ATM2 Challenge: CreaCthon Event Design encourages students to conceptualise and plan luxury experiences. They also undertake a professional and specialised micro-certificate to build niche expertise, improve fluency with English for Specific Purposes, and have the option to continue learning French.
Year 2


In the second year, students will refine their leadership, research, and innovation skills through advanced coursework, professional immersion, and company-based projects.
Semester 3:
In the third semester, students embark on a Creative Learning Expedition, combining international exposure with experiential learning. They explore advanced concepts in Management 4.0 & Leadership, preparing to lead in digital and agile environments. Product development is tackled through modules like Product and Pricing Policy & Workshop, Product Design & Materials, and Luxury Distribution and Communication Strategy Workshops, providing a complete view of luxury product lifecycle and market positioning. Students also complete a Professional and Specialised Micro-Certificate, engage in Research Methods & Data Analytics, gain practical exposure through Professional Experience M1, and may continue with French as a Foreign Language as an optional subject.
Semester 4:
The final semester is fully dedicated to industry integration. Students undertake a Professional Experience M2, allowing them to apply their skills in a real-world luxury business environment. In parallel, they work on a company-based research project, enabling them to conduct in-depth research on a strategic issue faced by a partner organisation, bridging academic knowledge with practical impact.
