The second year deepens students' knowledge in both business operations and legal principles. Students explore project management, business strategy, banking law, contract law and fiscal law. This year emphasises the integration of legal knowledge with business management skills, allowing students to understand how law influences corporate decisions. Through real-world case studies, students develop practical solutions for business and legal challenges. The assessment structure remains consistent with the previous year, combining continuous assessments and end-of-semester exams to evaluate students' progress.
Year 3

In the final year, students focus on specialised legal topics such as distribution law, intellectual property and corporate law. They have the opportunity to undertake internships or conduct research projects, providing practical experience and allowing them to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
